MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING

PRESENT: Rose Tavtigian, Charlie Casella, Debra Arrieta, Pat Jones, Librarian and Tom Rup
EXCUSED ABSENCES: Lisa McMahon, Florence Schroeter, Anthony Foran, Gloria Visgilio-Lupi
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of the November 15th, 2010 meeting were approved as submitted
LIBRARIAN’S REPORT/LIBRARY EXPANSION
--Pat Jones met with Mayor Leclerc, discussing architectural plans and the upcoming budget
--Fifty computers are up and running and fifteen laptops will soon follow
--Library usage is up to an annual average of three items per resident
--We have eight ereaders and plan training sessions with the public
